Do This and Add Something
Form a line. The person on the end starts by performing a simple action, such as clapping hands, bowing head, or touching nose. As she does this she turns to the next person and says "Do this and add something." The second player repeats the action and adds a new motion. The next person does the first two motions and adds her own, and so on. Anyone unable to perform all the previous motions in proper sequence goes to the head of the line.
Portray a Munch
Gather the group in a circle and choose a leader. The leader calls out names of food for everyone to pretend to eat. Pretend you are eating: a chewy caramel, a melting ice cream cone, a big juicy apple, a spoonful of medicine, a sour pickle, a lemon, peanuts, a very hot tamale, etc.
Act Out Objects
Divide into groups of two or three. Each group things of an object to portray, such as a dish washer, a telephone, a chair, etc. The other group/s try to guess the object.
Walking Barefoot
Pretend to walk in your bare feet as if you were: on snow, in tall grass, on a hot sidewalk, on a rocky beach, in a room full of cotton candy, in a room full of melted chocolate, etc.
Nature What Am I
Equipment: Magazine pictures of nature objects (sun, rain, wind, squirrel, grass, etc.) Straight pins.
Pin pictures on girls' backs as they come into the meeting. Have them ask questions about nature to try to guess what picture is on their backs.
Crayon Rubbings
Equipment: textured objects (sea shell, leaf, coin, etc), Crayons, paper
Place a piece of paper over a textured object and rub crayon over it. The pattern will appear on the paper.
